ELECTRIC VEHICLE SMART CHARGING

Aug. 2018 - May 2019
My team developed an interactive way for electric vehicle (EV) owners save money and decrease stress on the grid through an intricate optimization algorithm. We have prototyped and simulated a cyber physical system that considers a range of EV owners charge time preferences and times of low grid impact.

SOLNOWAT RESEARCH

Jan. 2018 - Aug. 2018
SOLNOWAT is a project that has been developed by a combination of European countries to produce photovoltaics with Global Warming Potential (GWP). This new process is done by dry etching, which is not as common as wet etching since it has a history of requiring a vacuum seal. However, this project group proposes the new technology of dry etching in atmospheric temperature. The report discusses the technology, impact on the market, benefits, drawbacks, and obstacles it will face in the near future.
Moorpark College Engineering Club participates in VEX Robotics competition annually. Each year there a new obstacles, field, and challenges that modify the game which completely alters the strategy and build of the robots.
TANZANIA WATER IRRIGATION

Aug. 2014 – Feb. 2016
The Maasai community in Tanzania, Africa are underdeveloped and lack clean water. We decided to work with them to develop, implement, and teach the people of this community how to regulate clean water in their area. We hope this improves their quality of life and eases their daily burdens.
